RULES
OF CONDUCT:
- No smoking
or alcohol consumption is allowed on premises.
- Consumption
of food and drinks should be very limited.
- Parents are
welcome to observe and participate during
lessons.
METHOD OF
PAYMENT FOR INDIVIDUAL LESSONS:
- Cost of one
lesson is $30.00 per 30 min duration.
- An initial
deposit of one lesson fee ($30.00) is required to ensure your next
lesson.
- All
deposits are to be made to the office.
- All weekly
payments are to be made directly to your tutor. Cash payment is a
preferred option. If you have to make a cheque payment, please
talk to your tutor.
- If you wish
to prepay your tuition fees for the whole term, please pay
directly to the office. Hornsby Academy of Music does not take
responsibility for lessons prepaid to the
tutor.
CANCELLATIONS OF
INDIVIDUAL LESSONS:
- Your
deposit will be retained if cancellation notice is submitted at
least 24 hours before the lesson is due .
- Short
notice cancellation will result in a full lesson charge (the
deposit will be used as the lesson payment and the new deposit
will need to be taken before the next lesson
commencement).
